Returns & Exchanges

As each Hvargi piece is created with care and consideration, we encourage clients to choose thoughtfully before purchasing. Due to the nature of our collections and bespoke process, our returns policy is outlined below.

Ready-to-Wear Pieces

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

Eligible ready-to-wear items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for either:

  • Exchange, or
  • Store Credit / Gift Card

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Hvargi reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Bespoke & Custom Pieces

Due to the made-to-order nature of bespoke and custom creations:

All bespoke, customised, Earrings and made-to-order pieces are final sale.

We do not offer:

  • Refunds
  • Exchanges
  • Store Credit

on any bespoke or custom-made item.

This includes custom engagement rings, personalised pieces, all earrings and any item created or modified specifically for a client. 

Deposits paid toward custom orders are strictly non-refundable. In the event a custom order is cancelled after production has commenced, both the deposit and any completed piece produced as part of the order will be forfeited.


Faults / Manufacturing Issues

If your item arrives with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at studio@hvargi.com

Each matter will be assessed individually in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless the item is deemed faulty.

Hvargi is not responsible for return parcels lost or damaged in transit.
