Refund policy

RETURNS

Full-priced pieces purchased from Hvárgi’s online boutique or trunk shows may be returned for credit, provided they are unworn, in saleable condition, and lodged within 14 days of the dispatch date. For hygiene reasons, all earrings sales are final, unless faulty.

Hvárgi does not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.

For domestic returns and international returns, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure the safe return of their piece(s), and liability remains with the client until the item is received and confirmed by our customer care team.

Credits are issued once the return has been received and assessed. Hvárgi will provide credit in the form of a gift card, valid for use both in-store and online at hvargi.com for three years.

To initiate a return, please submit your request via email. Hvárgi pieces may also be returned at any of our Australian retail stores.

Hvárgi does not accept returns for products that are:

  • Not in their original condition or packaging

  • Returned outside the specified time frame

  • Bespoke or custom in nature

Should any of the above apply, Hvárgi reserves the right to return the item(s) to the sender. Products purchased during archive or sale events are final and may only be returned if deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
